White City is an unincorporated community in Jackson County. It is a Census-designated place (CDP), a statistical area the Census Bureau draws for a populated place with no city government of its own. White City has no mayor or city limits, so figures for it depend on how the Census draws the line.

A plain reading
White City is younger and more owner-heavy than most Rogue Valley places, with a median age of 34.6, and its homes are lower in value. Only about half of owner-occupied homes are valued at $300,000 or more.
Treat the population growth with caution. The survey estimate of 10,750 is 18 percent above the 2020 Census count of 9,090. We do not trust that jump without more evidence, because CDP boundaries and group quarters can move small-area counts. Portland State University does not publish estimates for CDPs. The honest summary is that White City is growing and its exact size is unclear. All the survey figures here carry wide margins of error.

- Households, tenure, income, home value, age and home-value brackets are from the Census Bureau's American Community Survey (ACS) 5-year estimates for 2020-2024 (tables B11001, B25003, B19013, B25077, B01002, B01001 and B25075), read through Census Reporter. Dollar figures are in 2024 dollars.
- The 2020 population is from the 2020 Census.
- Business counts are from Census ZIP Code Business Patterns 2023 for ZIP 97503. A ZIP code is not the same as the CDP boundary, and the counts leave out businesses with no paid employees.
